On November 20, 2023, during Exercise Heartbeat at Millenia Singapore, the Ecorider Mark 9 was deployed to ensure civilian safety amidst simulated terrorist threats. Its maneuverability allowed security forces to efficiently navigate crowds and guide civilians to safety. Additionally, the Mark 9’s onboard medical supplies enabled prompt first aid administration.

This national exercise showcased the Mark 9 as an invaluable asset for initial threat responses, enhancing efficiency, visibility, and stamina conservation for security operators.
